Who are we?
Dilgenter was created in 2003 and focuses on two specific areas of technology; Citrix and Microsoft Operations Manager. Unlike some of our competitors we don't try and be something we aren't; Dilgenter is a knowledge shop, we focus on specific products and offer architectural, development and support services in those areas.
We don't try to do everything - what we do, we do well.

We architect, implement and support IT solutions based on the Citrix application delivery platform and Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (Ops Manager 2007) technologies.We deliver knowledge accelerator packages, design and build projects, strategy workshops and on-going support.

Dilgenter is run by a team made up of people with expereince in the business who understand the market we operate in and have over a hundred man years of experience in IT.
Dilgenter is managed as a profit making business but not at the expense of building lasting customer relationships.

Dilgenter established itself in 2003 on the back of support services and today we still retain those same customers from our first year in business. Why? Because year on year we have demonstrated value to their business and helped them maintain a stable Citrix and Microsoft evironment. 2009 sees the addition of several exciting new features to the support offering.

Architecture services - our value add
As the IT landscape has changed so have our services. Our customers have become more empowered with knowledge and in order to increase our value to them we have moved Dilgenter from traditional consultancy to architecture services. Ensuring we can give our customers the maximum 'bang for their buck' when they need professional services.
Knowledge accelerators - do it yourself
As skills increase and budgets tighten the need for consultancy diminishes, so complementing our architecture service, we offer knowledge acceleratiors. These are highly focused skills transfer packages designed to be used by a customer prior to them initating a project so they learn the best practices and avoid common pitfalls. Available for a variety of Citrix and Microsoft technologies.
Virtual Research Centre - your playpen
We now offer a Cloud based development environment so if you need to try a new technology, upgrade or migration strategy you can now do so without the need for additional hardware. An infrastructure can be provisioned in minutes and you only pay for what you use. Turn the virtual machines off and the meter stops.
DR on demand
We have partnered with Accario to offer a pay as you go service for their class leading DR solution Wraptor SOS. Put simply, if you have an unexpected event stopping your users getting to work we can provision in minutes an easy and fast way to connect your users to your VPN with minimal fuss.
Hosted application verification
Do you need to test an application to see how it works with the latest version of Citrix but don't have the time or infrastructure to setup the environment? Our hosted application verification delivers a fast and easy solution. Hosted on our infrastrcutre, we can installand optimise your application so you can test it remotely for upto 30 days.
Citrix Application Delivery Platform
Citrix has grown both as a company and a product set from one product to nearly 20 different ones today.
Dilgenter has indepth experience in many, but not all, products and will use third party associates where required to deliver the best solution for our customers.
Microsoft Ops Manager 2007
Dilgenter has desgined and deployed some of earliest and largest installations of Microsoft Ops Manager 2007 in Europe.
Our consultants also wrote the first commercial course on the product in the UK and will shortly be releasing a series of R2 based courses.
Amazon EC2
Amazon, the people you buy books from, have been building a presence in the Cloud for the last 3 years. It is based on the Xen hypervisor.
Dilgenter use EC2 for internal projects and customer engagements such as our Virtual Research Centres or DR on Demand solutions.
What next?
Choosing the next area for investigation and research is always exciting and challenging. Trying to sort hype from fact with vendors is a job in itself.

Because of our focus on selling knowledge rather products, we can offer a fair opinion on matching the customer need to a product.
Microsoft solution completer products
An indication of product maturity and adoption is the eco-system of vendors surrounding it.
Dilgenter has been working with key vendors in this burgeoning market to extend Ops Manager 2007 solutions to meet customer requirements.
